薛瑞雄，男，1989年生，汉族，山西朔州人，博士，副教授，硕士生导师，现就职于内蒙古工业大学资源与环境工程学院采矿工程系。

现主持国家自然科学基金项目1项，主持省部级项目3项。发表学术论文12余篇（SCI收录6篇）。主要从事地下工程失稳机制及监测预警方面的研究工作。
